What ID do I need?
We accept Canadian issued ID only, such as a driver's license or passport. If that's not an option, we also accept international passports as a form of identification. Please ensure all identification documents are valid and not expired.
How do I order cannabis?
Click the Order Cannabis on our home page. This will take you to our online menu. You can search our in-stock products and fill your shopping cart up to 30g of cannabis. Give us your phone number so we can text you when your order is ready! Once it is, head down to the store during open hours and pick it up.
A product I'm looking for isn't showing up! What do I do?
If a product isn't showing up, we've likely sold out of it! If you need help finding a replacement, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you find another product.
I didn't enjoy the product I picked up, can I return it?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on cannabis products as they're all final sale.
What's the return policy on accessories?
Regularly priced products may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing us. All discounted orders are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
